In-House & Live Stream Pilates & Tai Chi Balance Classes 

Classes given in a hybrid format with two options of participation:

1. Join us for our class LIVE STREAM (virtual) from the comfort and safety of your home.

2. Participate IN-HOUSE. Up to 4 students can currently sign up for each session. If you are interested in this option, please contact the office by phone or email and we will coordinate and rotate students as fairly as possible. The number of students participating In-House may change or end at any time, depending on the COVID-19 situation.

Anyone participating IN-HOUSE will be wearing a mask and agree to being on camera and recorded. Please arrive 5 minutes early.

For In-House PILATES and TAI CHI BALANCE Classes:

  • Familiarize yourself with the guidelines set forth by the Center of Disease Control (CDC), the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Danica Center to help prevent spread of COVID-19
  • Wear a mask for the duration of your time spent in the office
  • We provide Mat but if you would prefer you can bring your own
  • Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing
  • Bring your own water bottle (water currently not available for public use/sharing)

Please stay at home if:

  • you have been traveling or exposed to people who might have been infected with the virus. If so, please self quarantine until risk of illness is passed.
  • you have a fever or other symptoms associated with the CoronaVirus, please stay at home and seek to get tested.



  • You will need a yoga mat or a comfortable blanket/rug
  • Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing 
  • Have sufficient space to move about
  • Have a chair, wall or counter nearby to assist with balance if you feel you might need it
  • Have a towel and a shallow pillow available to use under your head or knees for support
  • Have water available
  • We will most likely be using some props during some of our classes, but we will be creative in substituting with items that you would find in your home in case you do not happen to own the exact one used in a class. Below you will find links to some props we frequently use in our classes  in case you would like to order for you at home:

  • Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing
  • Wear light shoes without excessive traction, bare feet or socks (Ideally cotton soled ‘KungFu’ shoes)
  • Have sufficient room to move about freely
  • Keep chair, wall or counter within reach for safety with balance if you feel you might need it!
  • Have a chair and flat pillow available as we might use them as a prop
  • Have water available
